June 1956 issue of SPORT Magazine was perfectly signed by cover subject Willie Mays in blue Sharpie.  The publication features a great in-action shot of the Giants superstar in batting cage before a mid-1950's ballgame.
The magazine itself is in Near Mint condition, with no creasing, staining or visible wear of any kind.  Just a slight waviness to the right side keeps it from Gem status.
And guess what?  The Say Hey Kid didn't even try to ruin this beautiful publication, placing his signature in a very nice location.  The card show autograph is a 10 of 10 all the way.
