Vintage Porcelain Dog Figurine Souvenir Made in Japan

Here is a porcelain dog figure that was made in Japan. I believe it was a souvenir since it has a partial sticker on its back that I can read the partial words souvenir, although it’s pieces of the sticker I chose to leave it so the next owner could either keep it or remove it. This dog has a high gloss finish and he has a darling shy face. I do not know what kind of dog he might be. There are no chips, cracks or scratches. Although his nose has a spot where the paint is missing I believe it happened during his painting because there is clear coat over it. No crazing.
