You are buying a Vintage Lionel-Craft Toy Boat with Stand and Instruction sheet book. It measures approx. 16.5 inches long not counting the rudder. Stand has Lionel Craft mark. Instruction has fold s and some wear. The boat is made of metal and appears to be missing pieces. I do not know if it winds or not as I do not have a key. Hard to find item.
