POW Mia bracelet for "LT ROBERT A. CLARK - USN 10 JAN 73 NVN".
This bracelet has three distinct differences that sets it apart from most.
1. It is marked "Vietnam Veterans of America" on the back (see picture #2).
2. It is marked "CA" on the back (see picture #3). I did some research. LT Clark was from California
3. It is marked "NVN" on the front (see picture #4). The only thing I can come up with is "

It is standard size.
It is in very good worn/used condition. Who ever owned it must have been very devoted. It has years of wear.  This piece displays very well.
