This wartime Penguin lighter is marked/engraved  on back " Presented by Com. T . A. Fisher Jr. COMLANSHIPRON- 3" (Commander of the Landing Ship Squadron-3) - Vietnam era lighter with a unit insignia with a 3 designation on it.Well this is a rare lighter given by the Commander of the Squadron to one of his men. The lighter is in fine condition- base marked Penquin - Japan. Nice addition to your collection of Vietnam lighters. Any questions please ask and thanks for looking.
