Thirty tissue culture baby jar lids.  Baby jars are a classic tissue culture container and are our favorite.  They will grow three plants to a few inches tall, especially in the taller six- and eight ounce size jars.
Magenta lids snap on and off the jars with one hand and are made of clear polypropylene for years of reliable service.
We collect our jars by making smoothies with the fruit baby foods, chili and soups with the veggie and pasta baby foods, and have oatmeal a few times a week to get the six ounce oatmeal and blueberry jars.  Craigslist.org, Freecycle, and Next Door hav been a great for finding jars from neighbors who will collect and sell jars for free up to 50 or even 75 cents each.
Works for all plants including cannabis.
Media is prepared by mixing ingredients together to one liter of good quality tap water, or mixed with RO if above 80ppm.  pH to 5.9 and dispense into Microclone 25mm culture tubes or 120ml Flip-top culture vessels.  Vessels and tubes are sterilized in a pressure cooker, Instant Pot, or in small batches in a microwave.  Instructions are included in Microclone kits and videos are linked to the Microclone web site.
Tissueponics uses Rootkit media to make clean pre-rooted 2-inch minicuttings in only 3 weeks that are then planted in clean or sterile plug media to root over a few weeks.  Cuttings in photos rooted in three weeks.
Microclone tissue culture and Tissueponics are based on using pruned tops and small side limbs to make lots of new plants from what would be thrown out.  Tissueponics is scaleable to any size production and is currently used in nurseries and grow facilities producing over 1000 clones a day.
