    This listing is for our new 32 oz 5-grain blend. This new combination is available in a new 32oz wide mouth jar, filled to 30oz. With a germination rate of over 97% in recent tests, these jars have been known to colonize in as quickly as 18-23 days from spores or 10-14 days from liquid culture!
    Each jar contains 30 ounces of nutrient-enriched organic rye berries and a mixture of White and Red Milo, White and Red Millet and mineral water fortified with Calcium Phosphate to enhance spore germination. This new blend features higher ratio of small grains allowing for faster colonization times.
    Each jar comes with a premium 0.22 micron Filter disk
    Self-healing injection port for error-proof inoculation.
    Each Jar is pressure sterilized at 15 psi for 120 minutes and guaranteed to arrive contaminate free!

    When preparing jars, even the slightest variation in PH can hinder growth. We machine mix and fill every jar, PH test every batch then pressure sterilize in our medical grade autoclave for 120 minutes at 15psi. All our jars are made the same day they ship! All work is done in a sterile lab in front of a laminar flow hood wearing all necessary equipment, i.e. surgical rubber gloves, scrubs, tyvek wrist sleeves, surgical face mask, etc...
