NY New York Mets Inside Pitch Magazine, 218 Issue Lot from 1983-2006

Description

This is about as complete a collection of New York Mets Inside Pitch magazines as you are likely to find - spanning the years 1983-2003.  The issues included are:
Vol. 1 Numbers 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10
Vol. 2 Numbers 1, 2, 4, 12, 13, 14
October 1985
Starting in 1986 the magazine went to a monthly publishing schedule - and this collection is complete from March 1986 through May 2003 with the exception of only 3 issues - September 1999, November 2001, and January 2002.   These magazines essentially represent the entire history of the New York Mets for the 20-year period of 1983-2003 - stories on every trade, every player, the 1986 World Series championship, the 2000 World Series, the playoffs in 1988 and 1999 - all the ups and (many more) downs that go along with being a Mets fan! :-)
From 2004 - 2009 (I think that is when it finally folded), the magazine was issued more sporadically so there are not a huge number of additional magazines that would be required to complete the entire collection.
The magazines were printed in a newspaper-type format and are in very good shape.  They were all read once (by me!) and then stored in a box in closet.  Most have the mailing label attached but looks like in most cases the labels could be removed without much effort.
Hoping these find a nice home with a fellow Mets fanatic.  The only reason I am selling them is I need to start consolidating and freeing up space.
The magazines are heavy (about 42 pounds) and shipping costs reflect need to ship them via UPS Ground.
