Description

Mk15 mod 4 military Practice bomb from the 1960’s. A landmark item of our store, a #1 seller for years. These were originally filled with water and sand used by the Navy for target practice. Impact fired signal-generating practice bombs. The bomb itself weighs roughly about 20 pounds, with water 60 lbs, and with sand the full 100 lbs.
Size is approximately 9″x 9″x 42″ tall. 14″ center to center between the hangers. These are genuine US military surplus, the real deal. Fins are straight for the most part with dings and dents from storage. Paint has rubbed off around the top from the cardboard storage divider. This item is selling out fast, so be quick and don’t delay! Buy while you can!
Expect some surface rust, rubbings, storage wear. Overall great quality for its age. Made by a variety of manufacturers, most of them will be US Navy Dell Industries. Makes a great display piece or period decor.
