DON NEWCOMBE SIGNED 1955 SPORTS ILLUSTRATED/ BROOKLYN DODGERS WORLD CHAMPIONS

Description

DON NEWCOMBE signed August 22, 1955  complete issue of SPORTS ILLUSTRATED.  Mr. Newcombe pitched for the Brooklyn Dodgers in the 1950's.  He was the starting pitcher for the 3rd game of the 1951 playoff game.  Don beside signing his name he added "1955 World Series Champions Brooklyn Dodgers".  I offer a postage discount on multiple orders.  This autographed magazine is from my personal collection.  Several years ago I mailed this issue to Mr. Newcombe.  I included a fan letter, a check to cover his signing fee, and a sase for him to use when mailing the SI back to me.
Sadly Mr. Newcombe has passed away.
