---  8" x 10" wood base has "Central Scientific Co Chicago" stamped into wood lower front right corner.  The motor has the original Chicago Apparatus Co decal on the side.  The rotating shaft spins easily.  Untested.  Behind the motor are two wood pieces that can be rotated outwards, I was told these would have had a bar magnet in each channel.  Has original patina.  Some paint chipping to enamel black finish.
