Price is per flap, buy as many as needed.These are new 20R7 (20" X7" )radial tire flaps for use in EITHER radial or bias tires, others are selling bias only flaps that are not for use with radial tires. The 7.0" width is correct for use with 7.50-20, 8.25-20, and 9.00-20 size tires bias or radial mounted on split ring or multi-piece wheels that disassemble to remove the tire. Stem hole is centered on the flap. These were used on old medium duty work trucks, grain trucks, box trailers, etc.
