    2 Vintage 8 1/4" Hazel-Atlas Opaque milk glass salad plates. Decorated with decoupage skunk pictures. One skunk is holding a comb And a mirror.  The other is using a perfume atomizer. It has a scratch across the picture as indicated. Green ribbon has been used to decorate the plates. In order to hang, the plates an adhesive hanger would need to be applied to the back.
