1999 Honda CBR600F4 •3 page ad cover & spread • agency press proof laminated

Hi, I was a copywriter working for Dailey & Associates back in 1999 and this ad was to feature the years of dominance of the CBR600 series.
This is a special type of advertisement we used to love writing back in the day. It features a teaser one page, like a cover, which sets up an idea. Then you turn the page and the spread answers the teaser.
These looked great in the magazine, but they were always difficult to preserve in a way that sets them off to full advantage.
In this case, it's a laminated first page,  and a laminated spread. The two components are separate and not joined together.
This is an ad agency official press proof which is much better than just ripping pages out of vintage magazine. It's on better stock and there's no center seam in the spread.
However these pages are laminated which may be a detriment if you want to frame this ad for any reason.
