1980 Ad for 1981 Honda Gold Wing Interstate • ad agency press proof laminated

Description

This is an ad I wrote back in 1980 to spur sales for the 1981 Honda Gold Wing Interstate. Honda was releasing it early to try to beat competitors to the punch.
It measures 11 1/4" wide by 8 1/2" tall, but it's mounted on a Bristol board that makes gives it a big matte around the ad and is laminated. Final dimensions are 14 1/4" x 11 1/4".
Also this is not an ad just ripped out of a vintage magazine. It is an agency press proof to show us how the ad was going to look when printed. So it's better than the typical copy of this ad.
