1979 GOLF PGA GREATER HARTFORD OPEN GHO SAMMY DAVIS JR. 3/4" LAPEL PIN, MINT

Please see the listing photos for condition and markings.  This pin is previously owned, but has never been worn or displayed.  It has been stored in the Ziploc bag that it originally came in (last photo). It is very shiny and reflective and was difficult to photograph.  It is about 3/4 inches tall.   I do not know the metal type.  Both the pin and pinback lightly stick to a magnet.
