1795 Washington North Wales Halfpenny XF-40 VERY CHOICE
Graded and authenticated by PCGS as XF-40. And, it's a superb example of this grade that should have gotten a grade of AU-53 at least. Look at the three buttons on his tunic. They are not just visible but sharp. Epaulet has good details. Harp strings are sharp with nice details to the jewels of the crown. Surfaces are hard and semi-glossy. Although difficult to see from these photos, the color is smooth, even Hershey choco brown. This coin is so much better in person...not photogenic at all. Light brown photos with use of flash.
