    Description

    NGC authenticated and graded VF Details. Nice even steel brown patina. There is a small rim bump over GT in WASHINGTON, as well as partially drilled holes just right of N in WASHINGTON and mirrored on the reverse which earned the distinction on the NGC label. Otherwise the surfaces are smooth and attractive with nice sharp details. Listed on page 84 of the 2021 Guide Book.
