Description
Glossy dark steel brown and chocolate with some lighter brown toning on the obverse.There are dark specks of greenish verdigris at the right end of the plow and around OV in NOVA, plus microscopic planchet chips that cover much of the reverse. Otherwise the surfaces are smooth, free of contact marks. Extensive die crumbling shows at the dentils left of the base of the shield. The date and legends are all bold. Weight 159.7 grains.
